Recognition of sign languages

Did you know that the constitutions of Finland (( Section 17, Constitution as amended in 1995 and in 2000 )), South Africa (( Section 6, Constitution as of 1996 )) and Canada (( Section 14, Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms 1982 )) contain provisions recognising the right to use sign language?
